Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Morwell VIC. You will work with a friendly team to serve customers via phone and email, and support the Trade Counter when needed. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist at the Trade Store counter with customer requests, stock replenishment, and general housekeeping. Respond promptly to requests, take ownership of inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently within set timeframes. Use customer sales history to identify needs and explore upselling opportunities. Inform customers about new products and services when appropriate. Qualifications Experience in customer service within trade stores, call centers, or retail environments. Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with a desire for personal growth.
