Your key responsibilities will include:End-to-End Campaign Management: Take ownership of the full project lifecycle from initial brief to final execution ensuring every deliverable is on time, on spec, and on budget.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor while understanding their business goals and challenges.Creative & Production Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to bring creative ideas to life ensuring seamless execution across all channels.Strategic Growth: Identify and drive opportunities for new business within your existing portfolio while maintaining a strong sales pipeline for future growth.Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate reporting, manage budgets, and ensure all activities align with company processes and client KPIs.Problem-Solving & Innovation: Tackle complex project challenges with a solution-focused mindset, always seeking better, more efficient ways to deliver exceptional results.Quality Control & Execution: Oversee quality checks, attend installations, and ensure all outputs meet our high standards from print and POS to digital activations.Who Were Looking For:Were seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
