Built specifically for the child, family, and community services sectors, the EDDI platform has been developed and refined over more than a decade and now supports service entities across Australia.An impressive turnover and ambitious growth plans, EDDI is ready to scale. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic sales professional to make a meaningful impact while joining a values-based, mission-led organisation.About the RoleYou will play a critical role in expanding the reach of the EDDI platform. Your role will be made up of:Upselling the new version of EDDI to an established client baseGenerating new business across the APAC region, particularly within government and not-for-profit sectors.Building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering business process solutions tailored to their operational challenges.Leading and supporting product demonstrations (in collaboration with the wider team) and managing proposal development and deal structuring.Championing EDDI''s values and aligning each engagement to the sector''s culture and purpose.The role will sit within an agile and experienced team that includes customer engagement, technical development, and pricing support functions.Key to your successThe successful candidate will be a motivated professional with a track record in relationship-based sales and a passion for the community sector.Key Requirements:Experience in B2B sales, including SaaS or software platform sales.A background or genuine interest in not-for-profits, government, or the broader community services space.Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, structuring, and closing strategic deals.Exceptional relationship management skills and a consultative, values-aligned approach to client engagement.Understanding of business process sales; technical knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.The extra''s on offer in return for your skill and commitment:Competitive salary and incentive structure.Flexible, supportive work environment.Wfh full time or the office, the choice is yoursA chance to be part of a pioneering SaaS business embedded within a trusted and values-led organisation.Culture and CommitmentMacKillop Family Services is a Catholic organisation with an unwavering commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and cultural safety.
