Global Market Leader in Forklifts & Material Handling EquipmentFriendly Team EnvironmentLarapinta LocationReporting to the Branch Workshop Manager, this position supervises the efficient delivery of new units through our Brisbane workshop to ensure that the highest level of customer support is provided by Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA).This position is based at Toyota Material Handling''s Larapinta site.Key aspects of the role include (but not limited to):Achieve WHSE KPIs and strive for a zero harm environmentSupervise the efficient flow of work through the workshopProvide guidance to the workshop Pre Delivery staffProvide weekly progress reports on new unit production levelsProvide a high level of customer service in line with TMHA valuesIdentify areas of possible growthEnsure maximum productivityEnsure TMHA policies and procedures are followedQualifications & Experience:Strong mechanical understanding with supervisory skills would be an advantage.Strong safety experience. Completion of safety qualification is desirable;Previous experience in IC, Battery Electric and Hydraulics, desirable;A high level of product knowledge would be an advantageExcellent time management and organisation skills;The ability to resolve conflict and motivate staffSound Computer skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel;TOYOTA MATERIAL HANDLING AUSTRALIA (TMHA) was established in July 2003 to distribute and sell industrial equipment manufactured by Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) and TICO''s subsidiary companies.
