This role will initially support the final phases of transition and mobilization of facilities management (FM) services for Australia and New Zealand. Post-transition, you will lead a team of facilities managers to deliver operational excellence. This role is crucial in driving stability, fostering team cohesion, and implementing effective processes to ensure our client receives best-in-class services.Key responsibilities include:Transition & Mobilization: Play a leading role in establishing the FM operating model across Australia & New Zealand, including advising on resourcing solutions, evaluating candidates, developing SOPs, and supporting communication with business leaders.Leadership & Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to facilities managers in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and leading change management initiatives.Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily facilities operations, ensure compliance, manage maintenance, and develop KPIs to track performance.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, communicate effectively with senior management, and build strong relationships.Budget & Financial Management: Manage budgets, procurement, and cost-saving initiatives, supporting invoice validation processes.Supplier & Vendor Management: Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure regulatory compliance and promote sustainable practices.Candidate Profile:At least 5 years of facilities management experience in a regional or multi-site leadership role.Proven experience managing facilities across multiple locations, including international operations.Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and financial skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel frequently across the regions.What we offer:Join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture that values diversity and fosters career growth.
