Tagaddod is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, providing critical support to business leaders by generating insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on financial performance, ensuring alignment with our financial goals and overall business strategy.Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights to inform decision-making.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Support management in financial forecasts and budget preparations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by senior leadership.Monitor key performance indicators and provide commentary on performance to management.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
