Position Pre-Requisites:A positive attitudeGreat organisational skills with great time managementCompetent project management skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTypical Duties:Undertake duties such as, but not limited to:-Ensure satisfactory delivery of identified projects and initiativesProactively assist and prepare project briefs and tenders for Planning and Place projects.Manage the place and liveability projects and events including booking of sites, delivering workshops, managing invoices, brand development etc.As required conduct community consultation, including responding to feedback and providing information on planning, place, and projects in conjunction with relevant parties.Prepare web and social media content for planning and place and specific projects, in coordination with the Marketing and Communications Team.Prepare routine correspondence, Council reports, documents, agendas, and minutes and undertake research with great attention to detail as and when required.Assist with the review and development of procedures to ensure continuous improvement.Assist in updating Council policy and guidelines and preparation of reports to Council and Senior Leadership.Days of work:Monday to Friday, 8.00am start to 4.15 pmThis is a Temp contract expected to finish on 3rd Nov 2025.Larrakia are encouraged to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
