Specifically, you will be an expert in Mitel (Blue and Orange), UCaaS solutions like Teams and Zoom, and SBCs (preferably AudioCodes), seeking your next career step. This role offers growth opportunities.In this role, you will:Be involved in scoping, designing, and delivering UC solutions for SME and mid-sized clientsProvide remote and occasional onsite support for voice infrastructure and related technologiesTroubleshoot and resolve UC issuesWork across engineering teams as a point of escalation for complex problemsManage cloud and on-prem deploymentsServe as an escalation point for challenging UC issues, including deployment and IVR scriptingWrite and update technical documentation and Knowledge Base articlesRequirementsTo succeed, you need:Outstanding technical understanding of telecommunications, especially Unified CommunicationsSignificant experience with Mitel solutions (MiVoice Business and Connect); experience with Cisco UCS, 3CX, Asterisk, and Avaya is a plusProficiency in technologies such as: VMWare vCenter/ESXi Networking (DHCP, VLANs, HP Switches, Meraki) SIP Trunking/Devices Fax over IP (FoIP)Exposure to cloud-based UCaaS solutions like Zoom and TeamsFamiliarity with SBCs, ideally AudioCodesSelf-motivated, autonomous team playerResults-focused and dedicatedExcellent communication skills in spoken and written EnglishOur values focus on keeping everyone informed, aligned, supported, and rewarding performance.
