This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior executives, regulators, and diverse stakeholders, ensuring each project drives meaningful results.You will champion both Waterfall and Agile methodologies while fostering a culture of excellence, making a tangible difference in our members'' lives.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the RACQ Group, including senior leaders and executives.Lead high-stakes projects using a business-focused approach, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Enable data-driven decision-making by utilising impactful reports and metrics.Collaborate with Change Managers to ensure seamless member and business readiness.Evaluate potential project risks comprehensively, develop strategic mitigation plans, and implement proactive measures to ensure successful project outcomes.Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to the board and key decision-makers.Mentor and guide project teams, promoting consistency and excellence across departments.Identify and resolve complex challenges through innovative problem-solving and strategic thinking.About you:You''re a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering results in dynamic and regulated environments.
