This dynamic role involves extensive stakeholder engagement, critical thinking, and attention to detail to deliver audit assurance and advisory projects. You will report to the Head of Audit Services and use your stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills to succeed.Responsibilities include:Leading and participating in internal audits (operational, financial, IT, governance, fraud, risk, controls, compliance)Engaging with management, external auditors, and service providers to optimize audit effortsDelivering audits on time and within budgetProviding expertise on controls and process improvementsCollaborating with management to identify risks and develop pragmatic recommendationsMaintaining professional skills and certificationsLeading and coaching the audit teamSeeking personal development and accepting new responsibilitiesTaking accountability for actions and outcomesQualifications and Skills:Degree in Business/Commerce and Auditing Qualifications (CA or CPA)Extensive internal audit experience across various domainsLeadership and execution in audit processesAttention to detail and business insightData analysis skills (e.g., Tableau, ACL, Excel)Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the electricity sector is desirable but not essentialOur Commitment:We embrace diversity and strive for an inclusive environment.
