Youll collaborate with veteran tutors and our Head Tutor for each subject to create intuitive, engaging, and rigorous practice materials that make Science accessible, enjoyable, and effective.If youre passionate about Physics, Chemistry & Biology, coupled with a love for resource creation, and helping students succeed while preparing for our national expansion in 2025this role is for you! Well handle the admin so you can focus on creating resources that inspire and empower students.RequirementsSkill Requirements Honesty and Integrity Passion for Teaching & Resource Creation High Level of Empathy Energy and Enthusiasm Excellent Communication Skills Independence & Proactiveness Willing to Listen, Learn & Lead Intelligence & CreativityAcademic Requirements 90+ ATAR 40+ Raw Study Score in VCE Physics, Chemistry & Biology subject(s) University Knowledge in Physics, Chemistry and/or Biology Resource Writing Experience in Science subjects Academic Awards in these subjects.NOTE: These are not hard-fast academic requirements; however, they are favourable to your application.Personal Requirements Full Academic Year Commitment (e.g. no overseas exchange trips for 8 weeks) Long-Term Mindset & Vision (if you''re selected, we''d like you to come for the ride as we grow as a brand!) Sign an NDA (e.g. can''t distribute our resources/company info to others) Agree to a non-compete clause (e.g. you can''t create resources for others, exceptions apply, check with us!)
