SummaryStore Managers fulfill a vital role within our business by developing, supporting, and holding their store team accountable as they provide our customers with the shopping experience that Lidl is renowned for across 30 countries. What Youll DoManage the performance and well-being of the store and all its team members, typically between 15 and 60 employees depending on store volume.Ensure excellent customer service throughout the store and serve as the primary contact for customer needs.Monitor and drive continuous improvement of store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Recruit, train, and develop your team.Provide hands-on support for operational tasks such as cash management, stock handling, cleaning, and other essential functions.Maintain a safe, positive, and productive working environment in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. What Youll NeedMust be 21 years of age or older.1-2 years of management experience with a bachelors degree OR 3-5 years of management experience.Determination to complete tasks on time, meet store targets, and maximize productivity.Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments.Excellent customer service skills, including patience and de-escalation abilities.Willingness to participate in daily store operations, including stocking, cleaning, and ringing.Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products over 50 pounds.Ability to reach above head heights greater than 10 inches.Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.Ability to obtain and maintain state-specific store alcohol licensing as needed.
