As our business continues to grow and change, we need great people to come along with us on that journey.We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Sydney team.We are looking for an individual who enjoys providing exceptional service to clients and who demonstrates a high level of technical expertise in the following disciplines:Technical Production ManagementKey account managementVectorworksor other CAD programsVideo / data projection systemsHigh end Lighting systemsHigh end Audio systemsThe ideal candidate should demonstrate:Ability to both work in a team and lead a teamAbility to anticipate customer needs & determine solutions requiredBe hands on with technical equipment when requiredStrong ability to prioritise and multi-taskAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProven history of customer service and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in AV/broadcast equipment rental and/or event execution capacityStrong technical knowledge of AV equipment to include Video, LED, Projection, Audio, Lightingand general signal flow.Highly detail-oriented with superior organisational skillsThe successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of event service deliveryincludingliaising with clients, developing event plans, maintaining budgets, and overseeing event teams. They will possess the ability to build and maintain effective relationships and secure new business.Technical production knowledge, combined with excellence in project management within the audio-visual industry, ability to work within a team, customer service excellence and a professional approach will ensure success in this role.Does this sound like you?
