About The Role Location: Abbotsford Warehouse, VIC The National Warehouse Manager is responsible for the delivery and dispatch of goods from the Communications Portfolio Abbotsford Warehouse, including stock control and inventory reporting. The role involves maintaining a tidy, safe work environment and ensuring timely ordering, collation, and distribution of Red Shield Appeal (RSA) materials across all divisions. Number of Positions Available: 1 Role Details: Manage the delivery, dispatch, and return of RSA materials across divisions in Australia. Maintain an annual calendar of key RSA dates, orders, and volunteer requirements. Control inventory using software, conduct annual stock takes, and manage archives. Oversee warehouse equipment and safety protocols, including maintenance and record keeping. Supervise volunteers, including training and scheduling. Qualifications: Certificate 3 in Transport & Logistics (Warehousing & Storage) or equivalent experience. Experience: Proven warehouse procedures and practices experience. Ability to work independently with good organizational skills. Physical ability to load/unload vehicles. Experience with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
