Job Description

Government of the District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) Manager, Change Manager Salary Range: $103,650.00 - $133,559.00 Annually This position is within the District Integrated Financial System (DIFS) Support Center, a division of the OCFO''s Office of Financial Operations and Systems (OFOS). OFOS develops policies and procedures to ensure the fiscal integrity of the District of Columbia government. The incumbent will develop and implement management strategies to assist stakeholders in understanding and adopting new practices, processes, or technology tools during system implementations. Duties include, but are not limited to: Guiding the change management team to ensure alignment of changes. Applying structured methodologies and leading change management activities using proven approaches, processes, and tools; monitoring progress with KPIs and performance metrics. Engaging with enterprise-wide stakeholders to evaluate opportunities for policy, process, and practice improvements. Performing additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Five (5) years of progressive experience in related duties, including developing and implementing change management strategies, overseeing organizational change initiatives, guiding change processes for large organizations, and coordinating cross-functional efforts for enterprise system implementations. At least one (1) year of supervisory experience is required.
