What''s on the menu?As a Subway Assistant Manager at OTR, you will be responsible for customer service, food preparation, assisting in team training and development, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. You will play a very important role in maintaining our strong reputation for outstanding customer service and contribute to our ongoing business success.Youll be the reason guests keep coming back!Key Responsibilities:Food preparation including bread and cookie bakingEnsure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standardsComply with required Food Standards practicesTill OperatorMonitoring stock levelsChecking in deliveriesComplete daily and weekly cleaning schedulesFollow security & safety proceduresMaintain a safe working environment for team members and guestsMaintain high personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet the Subway brand and guest expectationsWork as a team memberDeliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, and catering for guest needs.About You & Your Skills:Leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacityA passion to drive your own career and others around you forwardWell-developed and professional communication skillsPassion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to othersAbility to adapt to changeStrong attention to detailStrong sense of teamworkAs an Assistant Manager, you will serve and add value to guests'' needs in an efficient and friendly manner.
