Our passion for health and customer satisfaction remains central to everything we do.About the roleThe Key Account Executive CWH ANZ reports directly into the National Account Manager CWH ANZ and will support the achievement of sales, distribution and market share growth across Chemist Warehouse Australia & New Zealand for Carusos Natural Health. This role is instrumental in executing the business strategy and collaborating to implement joint business and marketing plans in line with the brand and strategic direction of CNH.Developing and supporting the National Account Manager CWH ANZ to maintain strong relationships this role will maximise the potential of the partnership using your strategic management of ranging, NPD, promotional initiatives combined with your category and sales experience and expertise. Working cross functionally you will liaise between sales, field team, marketing and operations providing market updates, competitor insights and forecasting accurately to meet demand and maximise sales.What you will do.Drive and execute the strategy for Chemist Warehouse ANZ across all platformsSupport the New Customer strategy in NZExecute the pricing strategy and alignment between all platformsAchieve and exceed KPIs of sales, market share, distribution, volume and profitability of accounts through sales partnersSupport the management of the profitability of accounts by understanding Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and managing profits, rebates, cooperative funds and ensure return on investment is within agreed business objectivesPartner with marketing to develop joint sales and marketing plans in line with brand and channel strategySupport the implementation and monitor joint sales and marketing plans to ensure effective execution and alignment of negotiated business objectivesDevelop a thorough understanding of accounts including needs, requirements and their strategic plans for growth in the categorySupport the building and maintaining strong and collaborative relationships with partners to achieve growth of sales, distribution and market shareExecute regular face to face appointments to mutually discuss account sales performance, sales and promotional activity, providing an informative business update including data analysis (IQVIA / BI), category insights and recommendations for sales maximisationTravel ANZ as required to perform your role for account visits, conferences and industry exposCollaborate with Marketing and Procurement to accurately plan and forecast sales including uplift for promotional activity and provide forecasting for major promotions NPD acceptanceWork with the National Training and Education Manager to ensure effective execution of training programsWhat is on offer?Collaborative team cultureOpportunity to work with Australias number one retailer in pharmacyBe responsible for the strategic growth channel across ANZLocal and international travelCompetitive remuneration package on offerHead office Based in Eastern CreekSecure onsite parking, close to M4 M7Great employee benefits and on-site facilitiesTo be successful in this role, you need to:3+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar or equivalent role within a like business is essentialA degree or qualification in a business-related area is idealHave a clear understanding of the operations of the Key Business PartnerHave excellent customer relationship management skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsDisplay an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operations of the Key Business PartnerIf you believe you are the right fit for this role, please provide a cover letter outlining your suitability, demonstrating your experience and tell us your story.
