DescriptionERS Field Representative - The Auto Club GroupWhat you will do:The Auto Club Group is seeking reliable and knowledgeable prospective ERS Field Representative to represent the interest of the Club within the contractor network. This role is critical in driving the adoption of AAA programs, facilitating performance across territories, and managing overall member satisfaction with ERS issues. ERS Field Reps travel across the network, visiting contractors to build relationships, discuss performance, provide advice, and help contractors fulfill AAA programs to enhance efficiency and increase member satisfaction. The position requires residence in Florida, covering the Melbourne/Daytona East coast area. The starting annual salary ranges from $54,600 to $73,000, based on experience.In this position, you will have the opportunity to:Recruit, select, and onboard contractors, including analyzing metrics, screening potential contractors, acting as a consultant, facilitating contracts, orienting new contractors, and coordinating training.Enhance contractor business performance through regular visits, monitoring KPIs, managing costs, developing improvement plans, adjusting territories, managing renewals, recognizing high performers, and discussing growth strategies.Resolve member complaints and claims, conducting investigations, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.Complete administrative duties related to ERS assistance during emergencies, including documentation, researching best practices, promoting products, and coordinating meetings.Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for up to 100 Independent Contract Facilities AAA service performance, recruitment, instruction, expense control, and contract termination.How you will benefit:Excellent benefits including 401k match, medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, etc.QualificationsWe''re looking for candidates who:Education:High School diploma, GED, or technical certification.Valid State drivers license and good driving record.Experience:3-5 years in automotive or customer service roles.Experience coaching and developing others.Experience analyzing financial and operational data.Automotive repair technical training.Knowledge and Skills:Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.Ability to develop strategies using financial data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive maintenance knowledge.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Business, Accounting, or related fields preferred.Additional automotive industry experience and training.What it''s like to work for us:We prioritize member satisfaction, uphold integrity, and seek to create an inclusive environment that values diversity and high performance.Who we are:The Auto Club Group supports AAA members across 14 states, focusing on growth, operational excellence, and becoming the flagship AAA club.Important Note: This description covers core functions but not all duties.
