Join to apply for the Site Manager role at Design Build. Due to recently awarded projects, our client, a leading Construction & Design Company, is looking to expand their team of Site Managers in North and South Brisbane. These are permanent roles with numerous upcoming projects, offering long-term stability with a well-respected company. The successful candidates will have previous commercial construction experience working on new build and fit-out projects up to $20M. Experience with tower cranes and structures is required, and a QBCC license would be advantageous. Responsibilities of the Site Manager Management and leadership for coordinating trades, direct labor, and materials Liaison between Engineers, Senior Management, and Principal Contractor Ensuring issues are resolved and all personnel adhere to high Health & Safety standards Driving projects to completion on time, within quality standards, and under budget Qualifications for Consideration Previous experience as a Site Manager Experience with low or mid-rise commercial builds Refurbishment and New Build experience Construction-related tertiary qualification (preferred) Leadership skills and effective communication abilities Interest in a long-term role with growth potential For questions regarding this role or other opportunities, please contact Emily Godward at 0423 923 628 or click apply.
