With our people''s safety and development, our work environment''s key priority is to provide a supportive, professional, welcoming environment for employees to develop to their full potential.The Opportunity:Represent Stegbar Windows as a leader in the global building products industry and be responsible for the overall management of the Victorian Business Unit.You will manage, influence, and lead the Victorian business units, which have four locations. These premises include one large operational manufacturing plant and three showrooms, with just over 130 employees across the businesses. You will plan, implement, and control the business strategies and activities to achieve the people, safety, customer, and performance targets for the group.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Marketing - Manage the sales operations by developing and implementing the business unit''s strategic sales plan whilst enhancing Stegbar Windows through a values-based consultative sales performance culture.Business Development Continuously improve the business in line with our and the group''s strategic plan, promoting and leveraging.Operational Excellence Manage the business units so that the operations are performed both effectively and efficiently, with a constant drive for improved productivity to improve the overall return on investmentLeadership - You will develop, implement, and execute the strategy to deliver the overall business, people, and performance targets through the business unit leadership teams.People, Culture and Engagement Build and execute engagement strategies that make Stegbar Windows a place where people want to work and contribute to our premier performing culture.Customer Service Continually strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales volumes by providing a quality customer experience and superior product performanceSystems and Controls - safeguard the company''s financial and physical assets in compliance with our group policies and procedures.Personal Development - Continue to grow and develop as a leader through our Leadership model.About You:Effective leader, decision maker and proven performer (safety, people, financial) with multi-site, multi-functional responsibilities in a multi-national organisationProven experience in sales, ideally with a track record of success and increasing market share.Operational excellence and a lean skill setInfluencer with a collaborative and inclusive approachA relationship builder who drives customer service excellenceStrong oral and written communication skillsEmotional intelligence and resilienceTimely and effective decision-makingSystems SavvyWhats on Offer:Genuine investment in leading technologiesWork for a premium industry leading brandOngoing development and career opportunitiesCompetitive remuneration packageGenerous discounts on our extensive suite of productsAbility to schedule leave every ChristmasAdditional leave for your birthdayNext Steps:Do you have what it takes to represent Stegbar Windows as a leader in the building products industry and make your mark in this role?If you have the relevant experience and qualities, ready to up your game to the next level, then apply now!Stegbar Windows builds businesses ethically and safely.
