Our offerings include Military communications, Wireless Communications, RF Test and Measurement, Broadcast and Media, Air Traffic Control, and Cybersecurity and Network Technology.Your tasksThis senior leadership position involves leading R&S Australias efforts to identify, shape, and secure new business opportunities in the Spectrum Monitoring and Mobile Radio Analytics markets. The role focuses on engaging with government departments, law enforcement agencies, military organizations, and industry partners across Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania.Responsibilities include developing and qualifying opportunities within government, law enforcement, and military sectors for Rohde & Schwarz solutions, and establishing key industry partnerships for product integration.Reporting to the Head of Signals Intelligence/Electronic Warfare, working closely with the sales team to develop a pipeline and go-to-market strategy to position for and capture new business.Your QualificationsBachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.Practical experience with spectrum monitoring equipment and software tools.Familiarity with Australian and International spectrum management regulations, especially those by ITU.Experience managing bids, including complex ASDEFCON bids, under tight deadlines.Strong project management skills and understanding of tendering processes in Australia and New Zealand.Experience working in matrix teams and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and bid-related tools.International sales experience is advantageous.Completion of specialized training in spectrum monitoring techniques and spectrum management practices is highly regarded.Interested?Send your CV or contact our Head of Talent Management, Sachin Satish, at 0439990450 for a confidential discussion.
