In this exciting role, you will oversee a portfolio of centres across.The role involves establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe and an inviting destination for customers.Key Responsibilities:Provide support to the client in administering the requirements of leases and licensesManaging and keeping tenancy schedules accurateAssist in the preparation of annual income and expenditure budgetsManage and maintain bank guaranteesRegular centre inspection to ensure the highest level of presentationMonitor and follow up any maintenance related queries and worksEstablish strong relationships with occupiers including managing any complaintsProvide CAPEX recommendations to the FM teamProvide marketing and promotional activity supportArrears managementMonthly financial reportingExpense forecastingWho are we looking for?Join a team where the uniqueness of our people is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard.
