Our customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly, make informed decisions, and improve outcomes for clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents.Job DescriptionAs a Head of Customer Experience and Growth, you will work strategically with our current and prospective clients to drive mutual value creation and build enduring partnerships across the Legal, Life Insurance, CTP, and Workers Compensation/Self Insurance sectors.We are seeking an exceptional leader to collaborate with industry leaders and key customer stakeholders, managing a team of Account Managers to ensure ongoing growth and excellent customer experience.What You Will Be DoingDevelop and implement growth strategies with new and existing customers across nominated sectors, ensuring targets are met.Identify and secure new business opportunities within these sectors.Negotiate customer contracts, renewals, and extensions to meet business and financial objectives.Lead and support your team of Account Managers.Position UHG as a trusted industry advisor.Represent UHG at industry forums, customer meetings, and events.Identify opportunities for new products and services to meet market needs.QualificationsDegree qualifications are desirable.At least 3 years of senior leadership experience in a similar role or industry.Strong knowledge of personal injury insurance schemes and familiarity with the legal sector, including plaintiff and defendant law firms.Exceptional leadership and customer relationship skills.Proven negotiation and influencing skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong commercial acumen.Ability to coach and provide constructive feedback.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional InformationThis role offers an attractive base salary aligned with experience, plus superannuation and STI.
