Your expertise will ensure alignment between business needs and technical requirements while optimizing performance and scalability within the ServiceNow environment.Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Implement GRC/HRSD/ITSM/ITOM for Tier-1 clients within the Financial Services industry.Experience with Web Services technologies such as SOAP & REST is desired.Manage and enhance ServiceNow solutions.Design innovative technology transformation programs, including utilizing Generative AI capabilities.Align technology services with business objectives.Be the trusted technical advisor to our clients.Mentor and guide junior team members.What were looking forHeres our wish list but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes.
