The role involves working closely with the executive team to develop strategies, optimize financial performance, and ensure compliance.Key Responsibilities:Monthly management reporting, annual budgets, and forecastsTax compliance, structuring, and returns (BASs and ITRs)Implement continuous improvements focusing on automation, outsourcing, and efficiencyProvide financial analysis for projects, acquisitions, capital expenditure, and new business evaluationsDevelop tools and systems for financial support and operational insightsEnsure regulatory compliance and proper registrationsMaintain spending controls per policiesEstablish and enforce policies and proceduresRecruit, train, supervise, and evaluate finance staffQualifications:Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related; MBA or CPA/CA preferredProven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or similar in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in food manufacturing is essentialExperience with mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising is a plusStrong understanding of corporate finance and performance managementExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsThis hands-on role requires a senior leader capable of delivering across multiple finance aspects and contributing to corporate strategy.Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest.
