Reporting to the Audit and Assurance Partners, you should have at least 8+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative management approach. We seek someone passionate about leading change, capable of lateral thinking, and eager to contribute to our team culture centered around professional development and technical excellence.Your responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of private and listed clients from planning through completion, as well as professional team development, training, and risk management. Your duties will include:Managing and leading audit engagements in consultation with the Senior Manager and Partner Group, ensuring compliance with Forvis Mazars Audit Methodology (FMAM).Client and team management.Supporting general risk management activities.Developing proactive solutions to IFRS and ISA technical issues.Assisting Partners with the growth strategy of Forvis Mazars audits.About youCA, CPA, ACCA qualification or equivalent.Bachelor''s degree.Ideally 8+ years of external auditing experience.Expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS).Understanding of CAATs and their role in audit strategy.Experience with ASX listed entities and large private groups.Why Forvis Mazars?Forvis Mazars values culture as much as success.
