Experience working in a media agency or with media partners is essential for success in this role.The Role:As our next Commercial Finance BP, you will partner with business leaders in our Media practice, overseeing forecasting and month-end processes for this business unit.Core Responsibilities:Assist with practice-level forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely financial projections.Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering financial insights.Manage business unit costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic goals.Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Collaborate with departments to understand financial needs and challenges.Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and modeling.About You:Experience as a BP in a Media Agency with strong industry knowledge.High commercial acumen supporting strategic initiatives.Ability to support FP&A functions including planning, reporting, and analysis.Enthusiasm for providing financial analysis, modeling, and recommendations.Excellent commercial sense and appreciation for corporate culture.Experience reviewing business practices and implementing improvements.Enjoy driving change and enhancing reporting and planning practices in line with the Finance roadmap.Additional Information:We foster a diverse and inclusive culture where employees can bring their whole selves to work, fueling innovation and better outcomes.
