We are looking for a dyamnic Director of Allocation in our Nazareth, PA office.Job SummaryResponsible for managing the allocation process to maximize sales, warehouse efficiencies and inventory management. Constantly drive enhancements to the workflow by simplifying and automating processes, and by driving the creation and launch of new tools through proposing and negotiating solutions and reporting with Sales Support Team, IT, and the Warehouses.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesReportingPartner with Sales Operations, Sales and warehouses to help derive the most accurate monthly and seasonal shipping/sales projections.Analyze historical data and current trends to identify inventory risks and opportunities by division and brand.Identify opportunities for new tools or processes and actively participate in building them to improve and enhance the business.Proactively identify and communicate constraints to delivering business goals, short term and long term.Provide weekly updates on all new business.AllocationOversee companywide allocations.Works closely with the production teams regarding delivery of goods to help drive allocation holds and pushes.Partners with Sales Support team regarding shortages to orders, holds on allocation, potential routing concerns, etc.Analyzes and implements all new rules that will benefit the division, brand and customer.Maximize pick tickets drops for ease of pick/pack/ship process.Lead all projection implementations around order management and allocation automation.Qualifications/RequirementsEducation:High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor''s degree preferred.Experience:7-10 years of experience in allocation process and inventory management; Previous experience leading allocation automation.Skills:Must demonstrate strong communication skills to foster a partnership across all departments and levels of the companyAttention to detailHigh level of analysis skillsTravel:Occasional to SWIM USA New York City office (less than 10%)Working Conditions: Hybrid; at least three days per week in the office unless business needs or management dictate additional days in the office.Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, stand, climb steps, walk up to 8 hours per day.Note:Manager reserves the right to modify job description base on business needsEOE#J-18808-Ljbffr
