To be successful in this role, you''ll need to have a strong mix of program delivery experience, client management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.We are looking for exceptional talent with the following:Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resourcesWorking on client sites to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across financial services, including investment banking, wealth and asset management.Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem solving skills, e.g. Defining and deconstructing problemsPerformance requirement gathering, functional requirement, user stories and business process requirement, technology architecturesPrioritizing issues, analysis, and team capacityStructuring and building quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analysesAbility to analyse operational and financial dataManage projects and individuals workstreamsCommunicating project statuses to senior managementSKILLS AND EXPERTISEMinimum 6+ years of experience as a management consultant or relevant change & transformation experience.SME knowledge in Securities Services including a deepunderstanding of Fund Admin or Custody OR Transfer Agency.Diverse problem-solving experience, such as experience with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across the Securities Services SectorAn outstanding ability to analyse problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of Prince 2/Agile/Waterfall is preferredKnowledge of agile ways of working would be an advantageOpenness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peersStrong experience in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is requiredWHY CAPCO?We are expanding our business into Australian market.
