Based in Geelong, Victoria, we have over 600 dedicated and valued employees, allowing us to grow and produce some of the most technically advanced and highest performing wheels on the planet.We are currently looking for an Operations Finance Business Partner to join our Operations Finance team. The purpose of this position is to support the Finance, Manufacturing Procurement and Logistics (MP&L), and Manufacturing Operations teams through analysis of data to drive efficiency and continuous improvement of operations.What youll doOwnership of the quarterly standard cost setting processCoordinate cyclical & annual stocktaking of WIP and finished inventory, provide analysis of results and develop action plansWork cross-functionally to strengthen and embed inventory control processes in business SOPs and via utilization of systemsEnable and develop scrap reporting with a cost reduction focusProvide finance support and progress tracking for direct cost reductions initiativesIdentify inventory optimisation opportunities to reduce working capital needsOversight of wheel build process and error correctionDevelop and distribute monthly operational performance analysis and provide commentary to key business stakeholdersWeekly labour and hours per wheel reportingContinue to identify and develop value-add reporting and processesMonthly inventory reconciliations and KPI trackingWhat you''ll bringExperience in process manufacturing environments (high volume) and/or automotive manufacturing environments highly desirableSupply chain experience highly desirableAdvanced Excel skills requiredExperience in PowerBI is highly desirableDemonstrated experience working successfully in a team environmentStrong interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detailWhats on offerAt Carbon Revolution, we believe in fair, market competitive, and performance-based pay.
