Our always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.Visitwww.infosys.comto see how Infosys (NYSE: INFY) can help your enterprise navigate your next.Short Description:Looking for Active DirectoryLocation:Brisbane, AustraliaSalary Range:AUD 108,571-119,893 (Annual Gross)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure.Ensure AD security, compliance, and governance.Troubleshoot complex AD issues and possess recent hands-on experience.Collaborate with teams for AD integration with other systems.Develop and maintain AD documentation.Experience in remediation/migration of DC.In-depth knowledge of AD Tiering Model.Hands-on experience in DNS management (Internal/External).GPO management.Knowledge of Quest RMAD DRE and Change Auditor.Hands-on experience in Domain Controller Patching.Ensure IT service management (ITSM) best practices.Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.Performance monitoring and reporting.Stakeholder communication and relationship building.Requirements6-8 years of experience in IT operations, with 5+ years focused on Active Directory.In-depth knowledge of AD, ITSM, and ITIL.Team management experience.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCSA, ITIL).Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible).Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow).Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS).PREFERREDStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude.ADDITIONALExcellent customer-facing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
