Job Title: Department ManagerAs a Department Manager, you are responsible for supporting the sales and profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver a great customer experience in line with your store. You ensure you have a great team and support their development through succession planning, talent development, and structured performance management based on results, values, and leadership.Key responsibilities:Regularly analyze and follow up on sales & profit KPIs for your department and, together with the Visual Merchandisers, take action to maximize sales.Drive the Hello Member program in line with country goals.Ensure your department continuously meets H&M standards and follow up using the Customer Experience Tool.Collaborate with your Visual Team to implement the Commercial Handbook.Evaluate and manage your team''s performance; provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, develop plans, follow up, and take appropriate actions to improve performance and develop your team.Actively work with a talent pipeline within your department to support business and store needs.QualificationsTo succeed as a Department Manager, you should be a positive, inclusive, and creative leader who enjoys being on the shop floor with colleagues and customers. You have a desire to learn and grow, sharing this passion with your team of Sales Advisors. Your commercial mindset and coaching approach motivate you to see actions turn into results. You understand that delegation is key to team growth and store success.
