The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions usingRed Hat Ansible Automation Platform . This role requires a deep understanding ofIT automation, configuration management, and infrastructure as code (IaC)to streamline operations and enhance system reliability. The consultant will collaborate with clients to assess their automation needs, provide expert guidance, and implement best practices for Ansible deployment.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implementAnsible playbooks, roles, and modulesto automate infrastructure and application deployments.Work with clients to understand business needs, assess existing automation strategies, and recommendAnsible-basedsolutions.Optimize and enhance Ansible configurations forscalability, security, and performance .Leadautomation strategy, roadmaps, and implementation plans .Provide hands-on technical expertise inCI/CD pipeline integrationwith Ansible.Develop and maintainAnsible Automation Platformworkflows for centralized automation management.Troubleshoot and resolveautomation-related issuesin collaboration with development and operations teams.Mentor junior engineers and provide training onAnsible best practices and methodologies .Stay up to date with the latestAnsible updates, industry trends, and automation frameworks .Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of experiencein IT automation, configuration management, or DevOps engineering.Strong understanding ofInfrastructure as Code (IaC)principles.Experience withGit, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.Knowledge ofscripting languages(Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and client-facing consulting experience.RedHat Ansible Certification (EX407 or EX447)is highly desirable.Preferred Qualifications:Experience withnetwork automationusing Ansible.Familiarity withcontainer orchestrationand microservices.Experience withAnsible Security Automationfor compliance and hardening.Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.Location:Remote/On-site (based on client requirements) Preferably Canberra Location or willing to travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
