It features multi-purpose infrastructure adaptable to the evolving needs of Corrections Victoria and the people in our care, including medical wards, a cultural centre, and vocational training facilities.Western Plains adopts a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to individualised care, motivating, encouraging, and promoting reintegration into the community. The facility is equipped with advanced technology to improve security, streamline operations, and enhance connections for the people in our care.About The RoleReporting to the General Manager, this role will lead the implementation of a program of transformative cultural change at Western Plains. It will champion cultural evolution within the location, leveraging established change management frameworks to align behaviours, mindsets, and processes with Corrections Victoria''s vision and strategic goals.Primary duties include:Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance, including for employees with line management responsibilities.Facilitating cultural change initiatives across Western Plains.Developing and executing communication plans to articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of the cultural transformation.For more details, please read the attached position description.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Extensive experience leading change management initiatives, with a thorough understanding of how people go through change.The ability to coordinate teams, provide internal consultancy to managers, and offer authoritative advice on complex issues.QualificationsA qualification in organisational development and/or a change management certification is highly desirable.How To ApplyClick the Apply button on this advertisement.
