As the Quality, Compliance and Safeguarding Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management teams for Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, and other client services to manage risk, achieve accreditation, meet quality and safeguarding objectives, and ensure organizational compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and reporting obligations.Along with relevant experience, you''ll bring a hands-on, flexible, can-do approach that contributes to maintaining a high-level customer focus.Benefits:Great work/life balance - office hours Monday-FridayBase salary $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience & qualificationsQualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Community Services, and a minimum of 5 years'' Quality experience.
