Senior Finance Business PartnerEOITemporary opportunity up till December 2025 - SydneyThis role is a salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $125,693 - $138,510 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.Expressions of Interest to join INSW and play your part in creating a sustainable infrastructure legacy for NSW!About the RoleThe Senior Finance Business Partner (SFBP) works alongside INSW business units to provide managers with financial information, tools, analysis and insight, challenge given rationales, help them make informed decisions and drive business strategy.The SFBP collaborates with key stakeholders to provide expert professional advice which results in effectively aligning financial management strategies and organisational objectives.Some of the key accountabilities include:Collaborate and tactically partner with INSW executive, project and operational teams.Provide strategic, tactical and operational advice and support to divisional executives and directors to ensure their financial operations support the achievement of divisional objectives.Provide financial analysis, advice and recommendations to inform senior management decision making e.g. financial impacts of divisional initiatives, costing assistance, funding sources and available options such as reprioritisation.Develop ground-up budgets (Recurrent and Capital), data analysis, forecasting and visualisation tools.Improve the level of budget, forecast and risk management understanding, and raise awareness of its importance across INSW operations.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or accountingFull CA, CPA, or CIMA membershipStrong experience in management accounting and financial analysis, reporting and budgeting.If this sounds like you, we''d love to hear from you!For more information, please refer to the role description.For any questions regarding the recruitment please contact the Talent Team via peopleandculture@infrastructure.nsw.gov.auWhy work for INSW?Infrastructure NSW is an NSW Government agency providing independent, evidence-based advice to Government in relation to infrastructure priorities and projects.
