With exclusive relationships for global product lines and an appetite for continued acquisition, this business has a vibrant, growth-oriented culture.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement group-wide financial strategies that support ambitious revenue, profit, and M&A goals. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to accelerate both organic and acquisition-led growth.Corporate Financial Management- Oversee group financial reporting and compliance with ASX regulations. Manage debt facilities, working capital, and liquidity strategies to maintain a robust balance sheet and fund new initiatives.Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)- Lead due diligence and integration for acquisitions, assessing synergies and ensuring smooth assimilation. Oversee financial structuring for new investments, partnerships, and potential divestitures.Risk Management & Compliance- Ensure adherence to tax laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards. Oversee internal controls, audit processes, and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organisations assets and reputation.Corporate Reporting & Investor Relations- Provide accurate, timely reporting to the Board, leadership team, ASX, and external stakeholders. Collaborate with auditors and advisors, supporting shareholder communications and investor presentations.Leadership & Collaboration- Work closely with the Managing Director & CEO, Board, and divisional CFOs to shape the broader strategic roadmap. Offer insight and guidance to both finance and non-finance teams, fostering cross-functional alignment on key initiatives.Candidate ProfileSeasoned CFO with a strategic mindset and proven leadership experience in distribution, FMCG, or similar fast-paced product environments (industry experience preferred but not essential).Excellent communication skills, capable of unifying teams around a cohesive financial vision and inspiring confidence across the organisation.Strong background in treasury, working capital management, and corporate financial management, with solid exposure to ASX reporting requirements.M&A expertise (due diligence, integration) is highly regarded, as the company continues to expand aggressively.Demonstrated ability to optimise cost structures, enhance profitability, and present complex financial concepts to senior leaders, Board members, and investors.Whats on OfferHigh Visibility & Influence: Shape strategic decisions at the Board level and across the executive suite.Opportunity to Leave a Mark: Drive end-to-end financial strategy in a business set to double in size.Compelling Remuneration: Competitive base package, performance based bonus components, and a chance to share in the companys growth trajectory.Express Your InterestShortlisting has commenced.
