The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.Your opportunity:You will be responsible for providing insightful advice and analysis to the division on the impact of strategic and operational business affairs, as well as leading and facilitating projects and activities on behalf of the Finance Team, focused on continual improvement.Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the primary focus of this role will be to drive company value across the respective Technology divisions. This will be achieved through the provision of business insights and analysis, assisting in the delivery of our organisational strategies, cost optimisation initiatives, plans and budgets to meet growth and profitability objectives.You''ll make impact by:Providing input into business decisions supported by relevant financial and non-financial data, challenging assumptions and the status quo to drive improved business results.Supporting to develop and share insights aimed at enhancing our understanding of profitability and cost drivers.Supporting the management of cost optimisation initiatives and drive efficiency opportunities with key stakeholders.Providing sound commercial input on ad hoc commercial decisions to ensure the division is aligned with business goals.Assisting with month-end activities that support the accurate reporting of the business performance and underlying expenditure. This includes provision of commentary/analysis and insight.Providing the divisional leadership teams and Financial Reporting team with effective monthly reporting on actual spend and update forecasts monthly to reflect the latest commercial positions, ensure risks to budget are highlighted and recommend plans to address any budget gaps.Preparing and reviewing major capital expenditure proposals to ensure business case integrity and robustness, conducting post-implementation reviews and reporting on the prioritisation of projects within budget constraints.Continually driving improvement in processes, reporting and analysis.Ensuring there is effective and efficient communication between Finance and the business teams and act as a conduit between Finance & the business.Contributing to creating, developing and maintaining a highly skilled, motivated and results driven team culture.What youll bring:Preferably finance qualified with CPA/CIMA/CA/MBA or equivalentAnalytical skills for detailed insight analysisExcellent communication and influencing skillsStrong Excel and modelling skillsPowerPoint and presentation skillsStrong team player and ability to work independentlyProject Management experience is desirable.Stakeholder Management and relationship building.What''s in it for you?Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)Stay Connected Mobile Access to a free mobile planStay Connected NBN Access to a free NBN 100 planYour Leave - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every yearAccess to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunitiesAccess to Corporate Partner DiscountsCome join us and build a better future.
