Job Description

The Principal Consultant plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of consulting services within the aged care industry. This position involves leading and delivering consulting projects, fostering client relationships, and driving business development initiatives. The Principal Consultant is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services that meet client needs and contribute to the growth and success of the business in the aged care industry.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client''s satisfaction.Oversee the creation and presentation of proposals to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs and challenges.Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services and deliverables.Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our businesses presence within existing accounts.Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and validate solutions.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and reputation of the business aged care practice.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, partners, and vendors to secure favorable terms for our businessTeam Leadership and Development:Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance on project work and professional development to build business talent pool.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the consulting team.Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development and execution of companies strategic plan, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather lessons learned, and make recommendations for future project improvements.Key RelationshipsInternalExternalCEO & ExecutivesClientsPartnersProject Management Office incl.
