Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking to appoint a GM of Sales (Rail) APAC based in Sydney.THE ROLEAs the National GM of Sales (Rail) APAC, you will manage the business profitably while maintaining the highest customer relationships and service levels in accordance with company policies, processes, guidelines, and commercial practices. Your responsibilities include:Leading new business and service sales across the Mobility/Rail DivisionDeveloping and implementing sales and service strategiesEnsuring customer support through smooth operations of service workshops and field serviceAchieving Rail targets (KPIs, e.g., order intake, profitability, inventory, CE)Setting and implementing sales and business strategies/plans aligned with other regions, product management, and KAMDriving sales excellence by defining and controlling sales and service KPIsYou will bring:A graduate engineering background with 7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the Railway industry or similarExperience as a sales leader, preferably in Rail or similar sectorsStrong communication skills with customers and stakeholders at all levelsThe ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively and professionallyCustomer focus with strong sales and business development management experienceExcellent time management, planning, and organizational skillsThis role is a key part of the business, a high-profile position within the Australian Leadership team.
