Appointments may be made from this pool until 03/12/2025.Salary: Registrar Year 1 to Senior Registrar Year 2 $145,318 - $222,412 p.a. (inclusive of salary, 11.5% superannuation, and professional development allowance)Position ProfileWe are seeking to appoint a Hepatology registrar to our Gastroenterology Department at Royal Perth Hospital. In this role you will have the opportunity of focusing further training in the management of patients with complex liver disease. In addition you will be:Performing liver clinics 3/ weekTrial clinic 2/ weekCo-ordinating the HCC MDT and outcomes.You will be required to promote high quality patient centred care to inpatients and outpatients of the Gastroenterology Service, under the supervision of consultants and within a multi-disciplinary team to review the medical needs of the patients. You will assist with teaching and support to Resident Medical Officers and Interns.Please note, this position is not suitable as an avenue for top up training or for overseas trainees or specialists. This position is designed for candidates who want to do a in Hepatology Fellowship.Area ProfileRoyal Perth Hospital (RPH) is Perths inner city, tertiary adult hospital and part of the Royal Perth Bentley Group.
