About the Role As a Business Banking Manager, you will join a team that emphasizes customer obsession, agility, simplicity, ownership, and teamwork. Each day, you will: Develop and manage a portfolio of key customers. Identify new business opportunities and utilise networks to achieve income targets. Assess the economic value and risk of new business. Maintain and improve the credit risk profile and profitability of your portfolio. Implement local sales campaigns, promote tailored Bank products, and services within Bank parameters. Demonstrate prior experience in business banking and credit assessment. What We Are Looking For You will need: A strong understanding of business and commercial practices, with experience in sales, lending, and credit assessment. A proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. A commitment to risk management, conduct, and compliance. A passion for customer service and advocacy.
