Based in Lenah Valley, this key role provides high-level support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective management of records and databases.Responsibilities of the Role IncludeActing as the central point of contact for enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.Managing confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.Coordinating calendars, travel, and meetings, including preparing papers and minutes for leadership and board meetings.Overseeing financial and procurement processes.Occasional intrastate travel as required.About YouYou are a seasoned Executive Assistant with at least 5 years experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate or legal environment.
