You will support prisoner intake, assessment, and induction, facilitating their transition into the SA prison system or community release. Key Responsibilities: Maintain facility safety and security via compliance protocols Support a culturally sensitive environment, respecting diversity Supervise daily prisoner activities and management regimes Participate in prisoner intake, transfer, and discharge processes Collaborate with health, mental health, and case management teams Respond professionally to incidents, following de-escalation procedures Promote prisoner reintegration and maintain contact with family and community supports Ideal Candidate: If you have passion, integrity, and determination to make a positive impact, you are our ideal candidate.
