With a 50+ year history, this Developer has proven itself highly capable of delivering residential, retail and commercial projects of exceptional quality and style across the nation. With an active and growing pipeline of Retail Investments, this group is seeking a skilled Retail Marketing Manager to join their boutique team, and support the Head of Marketing in managing their current Flagship Project in Melbournes South East - a Neighbourhood Shopping Centre, housing 45 specialty retailers and two anchor tenants.This role will work directly with the group''s Development Team as they embark on a full project facelift and re-brand. Initially focussing on the one retail asset, this role will manage the marketing strategy and branding for all future Retail projects and assets across Victoria. Ideally this role will be based out on site in the South East for 4 days of the week, with the 5th day based at the groups Melbourne CBD office (until such time that other projects/locations commence operation).The Role:Assisting with the origination and coordination of the specific project and overall retail marketing strategy across a portfolio of existing and future retail developmentsLiaise with agencies and third-party suppliers to generate all marketing collateral across all channels for each projectPlanning and management of foot traffic-generating functions and events in collaboration with Centre Management and Leasing AgencyEngage, provide support and manage the communication as well as roll out of all Marketing efforts with Retail Tenants and ManagementAnalysing data from a variety of channels and prepare insightful reports for management, ensuring operation efficiency and income/leasing targets are consistently achievedThe Right Candidate will have:Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field5+ years experience in property marketing (retail specific) either with another developer, creative agency, landlord or retail brandProven abilities across both traditional and digital/social channelsThe understanding of how and the capability to produce exciting and innovative marketing strategies, plans, budgets and collateralTo be a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for people and eventsThe Benefits:Work with a business that combines the stability and knowledge of 50+ years in the industry with agility, innovation, and styleHighly varied role with exposure across all marketing channels of a diverse retail investment project portfolio and at the corporate levelOpportunity to get creative, do things differently and break the mould with a business that is redefining the retail property industryWork within a close-knit team with a young, energetic and collaborative culture, in a business that places real value in training their people from the ground up to be leaders in their fieldsSalary on offer of circa $125k plus Super, +/- based on experienceThis is an exiting opportunity for an experienced Retail Marketing Professional to join a business that is progressive, well-funded, and continuing to experience strong growth on a national scale.
