Are you skilled at managing relationships with colleagues at all levels, from CFO to Analyst? Is valuation your passion? Are you familiar with DCF models and Market Comparison Approach? Do you enjoy data analysis and controlling? Do you value accurate reporting? Who You Are As a Valuer, you will support the Head in coordinating the valuation processes for different funds. You will assist in analyzing valuation reports, ensuring accuracy in processes, assumptions, and timing. You will be part of a small, collaborative team working closely with all members of the SGRs. Qualifications What do we ask of you? Academic degree in architecture, engineering, or economics 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within Real Estate (Valuation, Audit, Risk Management) Native Italian speaker or C1 level, proficient in English (minimum B2) Knowledge of valuation methodologies Ability to analyze and disassemble DCF models Critical analysis of DCF Experience in drafting reports for the board of directors Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
