About the Role You will assist one of the best Property Managers in the state, handling: Routine inspections, viewings, and final bond inspections Lease renewal processes under the guidance of the Senior Property Manager Preparation of tenant notices (e.g., rent increases, rent arrears, bond top-ups) Maintaining positive relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors Staying updated on relevant legislation with support from our WA licensee About You 1-2 years of experience in property management Experience with Property Me Property Managers Registration or in progress Current Driver''s License and reliable transport Strong customer service skills Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude As you grow, your role will evolve.
