Our culture promotes inclusiveness, pride, passion, and belonging.About the RoleNB: Applicants may be interviewed prior to the advertised closing date.This role supports key Executive members by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes, managing diaries, screening calls, and handling other administrative tasks to ensure team success.We seek a dynamic, energetic individual with extensive administrative and secretarial experience, capable of planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with the Convene program are highly desirable.
