Position: Senior Business Banking Manager Location: Mackay, QLD In this role, you will: Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners. Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts. Maintain and enhance your portfolios credit risk profile while maximising profitability. Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio. Take responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion. What youll bring: A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager. Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills. A passion for business development and credit risk management. Proficiency in business and commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services.
