Join Genus Infrastructure and support our Major Projects team across diverse contracting models in the energy sector. You will ensure efficient contract management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment throughout project delivery.What Youll BringTertiary qualifications in Contracts, Business Law, or a related field (qualifications in Project Management or Quantity Surveying are highly regarded)Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within energy or infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of the AS4000 suite of contracts and relevant legislation, including safety and security of paymentProven experience in commercial negotiation and client relationship managementUnderstanding of planning and scheduling principles (Primavera P6 desirable)Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skillsSolid understanding of Occupational Health & Safety practicesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide commercial and contractual advice to project teamsDraft and manage Site Instructions, Variations, and Claims under both head and subcontract agreementsAssess subcontractor variation and payment claimsAdminister upstream claims to protect contractual entitlements and ensure policy complianceAttend project management meetings to support change management and issue resolutionCollaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and mitigate risksMonitor contract performance and implement practical solutions to ensure project successWhy Join Genus Infrastructure?Genus Plus Group is a reputable organization experiencing rapid growth.
